Caution advisory for the Panama City Beach, Florida area as two known
grifters (aka, scam "artists") known as *"pyratejohn" or "piratejohn"*
gilmer III and his bulbous female facilitator, *deborah lynch* are
attending a "Parrot Head Rendezvous" for fans of Jimmy Buffett.

They are known to have misrepresented themselves as Buffett fans in
the past to obtain financial gain from gullible good-hearted revelers.

They were last seen in New Orleans on Friday, April 18th. After plying
their trade in the Panama City area they will most likely be limping
their way back to the rented commercial driveway space upon which they
reside in their ratty old Bluebird Wanderlodge bearing license plate
*C26 2RR* registered in Duval County Florida.
